Price or Quality

How much extra would you pay for quality? Driving lessons for example, would you pay an extra £1 or £2 per hour to get better instruction and/or a better vehicle? If you would then what about £5 or £6? If the answer is still yes then when does it get too expensive? I would love to know your thoughts, please let me know!
